Banijay, la société de production de Stéphane Courbit détenue par Lov Group (holding familial de Stéphane Courbit), le Groupe Arnault et Ifil, le holding de la famille Agnelli, a racheté Bunim-Murray Productions (BMP), société américaine spécialisée dans la télé-réalité. BMP a produit notamment les émissions de télé-réalité The Real World ou Bad Girls Club.
